One missed deadline.
One schedule error.
One compliance miss.
That's all it takes.
The Debtor Suite is the first product built on the CaseBridge platform.
A suite of purpose-built workflow tools for every major area of legal practice - rolling out through 2026 and 2027. The Debtor Suite is live today.
In traditional bankruptcy software, debtor information is entered at multiple points.
Intake
Debtor information is entered.
Schedules
Then re-entered on the schedules.
Means Test
Then re-entered on the means test.
Petition
Then reconciled against the petition.
For solo and small firms, one filing error can mean sanctions, trustee complaints, or malpractice exposure that follows the firm for years.
Every re-entry is a chance for error.
Every error is a filing risk.
The Debtor Suite was built to eliminate that risk at the architectural level.

Debtor information is entered one time — through the guided intake.

What the Debtor Suite actually does.
Ten core capabilities. One unified architecture. Zero re-keying. 100% compliant.
Guided Intake — Start to Finish
Debtor information is captured through structured forms engineered to match the exact requirements of every downstream document.
Income, assets, liabilities, creditor data, and exemption-relevant details are captured in the structure the petition and schedules require — not in a generic form that has to be translated
later
Automated Document Generation
Schedules A through J. The Statement of Financial Affairs. The means test. The petition. The creditor matrix.
All generated from the intake. All drawn from the same source. All mathematically guaranteed to
reconcile.
Current IRS Standards — April 2026 Integrated
The IRS National Standards, Local Standards, and Census Bureau median income figures
effective April 1, 2026 are integrated into the means test at launch.
Every calculation runs against current standards. Every result is traceable. Every number is
auditable.
Automated Exemption Application
Jurisdiction-specific exemption schedules are automated. Homestead, wildcard, wage, and category-specific exemptions apply automatically based on the filing state and the debtor's profile.
Automated Creditor Alphabetization
Creditors can be entered in any order during intake — as the data arrives, with no sorting
required.
When a creditor is added after initial entry — mid-schedule, post-review, or at the last moment — insertion is automatic. No re-sorting. No schedule rebuilds.
At packet generation, every schedule and the creditor matrix are alphabetized automatically,
meeting jurisdictional filing requirements without a single manual sort.
PDF Preview & Packet Review
Before the filing packet is exported, every generated document is available for full visual review inside the Debtor Suite.
Scroll through the entire packet. Verify every page. Catch any issue that needs correction.
If a correction is needed, return to the intake, fix it there, and regenerate — without leaving the platform or opening a separate PDF viewer.
Validation & Error Localization
Inconsistencies are flagged during intake — at the field where the data lives.
Because every downstream document is generated from the intake, errors cannot originate downstream. Every flagged issue traces back to a single field.
Local Forms Repository
A curated library of local forms is pre-mapped with caption data drawn directly from the matter — debtor name, case caption, filing district, attorney information.
When a local form is opened, the caption is already populated. Only the case number and hearing date require entry.
Automated Calendar Files (ICS)
The Debtor Suite generates calendar files for the deadlines that most commonly slip:
• 341 meeting hearing date — generated when the matter's hearing is entered
• 14-day schedule filing deadline — generated automatically when a petition is filed without schedules
ICS files drop directly into any calendar application — Outlook, Google, Apple Calendar, firmwide shared calendars.
